Game Recap: TB 3 - MTL 2

Don't look now, but the Bolts have quietly begun to sneak back into the race for the Southeast Division. Last night's 3-2 win over Montreal was the Lightning's 3rd in 4 games, a stretch that has seen the Bolts earn 7 of a possible 8 points, and pull within 6 of Southeast Leader Carolina.
The "Canadien Convicts", defenseman Ryan O'Byrne was in the lineup, while right wing Tom Kostopoulos didn't play the day after the two were arrested outside Whiskey Park. O'Byrne, was accused of stealing a woman's purse. Kostopoulos was charged with resisting an officer.
Vinny Prospal was the star of the show last night. He had 2 of the Lightning's goals, including the game winner, both off feeds from Lecavalier. Prospal had been returned to the top line after spending a few games playing with the second unit. The other Lightning goal came from Michel Ouellet.
Apparently Prospal wasn't too thrilled with having been moved off the top line, and after the game had a closed door meeting with Torts.
"He's ticked," Tortorella said. "I love it when players are ticked at me. I'm not here to be the happy man and make everybody happy, I'm making calls as far as the game is concerned. Athletes who are mad, to me, are good athletes."
"I really do enjoy scoring goals for this team, it feels incredible," Prospal said. "I said it from the beginning of the year, when I go out there with those two guys, it's like the best line in hockey right now. It's incredible, Marty and Vinny, they found me all night long tonight, and I was able to score two goals.
"We came back for a huge win against a very good hockey team."
